      Negative Feedback insinuates that I did something wrong in some way. This Canadian customer ordered the wrong fabric. She contacted when she realized it after I had already shipped her order.I care very much about giving great customer service and quality product. I shipped her order quickly, I cut it correctly, I sent the fabric she ordered and packaged it well.I told her she could return the fabric. However; she didn't want to send it back and instead SHE LEFT ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!
