Return policy

Returning an item you have purchased by mistake:

We will try our best to provide as much information as possible to allow you to make an informed decision on your purchase. Returning an item that is faulty:

Should we or the manufacturer of the good are satisfied as to the alleged defects we will either replace the goods or issue you with a full refund.

If we have supplied an item incorrectly we will arrange for the return of the goods and have the correct item sent out at the same time. A returns form will still be emailed to you which you need to fill in and send it back with the goods that are being returned.
