    Really good at sending out same day but DX delivery took 3 attempts to get it delivered . 1st wrong address.2nd attempt didn’t turn up . 3rd attempt finally arrived, just lent up the door and gone before I could even answer the bell . They even then looking at tracking said I signed for it . Could really do finding another courier.

    We’re sorry for the inconvenience. The issue occurred because the buyer arranged their own return and used an incorrect address instead of the eBay return label. As a result, the parcel was never delivered to us. eBay reviewed the case and resolved it. We always recommend using eBay’s return process to avoid such issues
