The lens has one obvious flaw which does not affect its use, which is a tiny internal chip to the front element. Although obvious to the eye, it does not affect the optical performance of this lens. The lens is a manual focus lens designed for film cameras, and as a result, it will cover the sensor of full frame Pentax DSLR cameras. The lens was designed for both Pentax and Ricoh film cameras. You may have come across the issue of the 'Ricoh Pin’ on your internet travels (something that can damage Pentax cameras), but we have removed this Ricoh Pin (indicated by the point of a pen in one of the photographs). Therefore, this lens will not become stuck on your Pentax DSLR camera.”
