The vendor said he would send another, and he did. It arrived today. I don't know how a box could be smashed when it's inside of another outside shipping box. I open it up and the wire legs are bent in half. I think this has happened before shipping. So of course I try to bend them back. Don't buy these! Big disappointment for expensive ornaments!
