Seller notes: “Beautifully preserved, "Museum-like" condition, antique, rare larger silver Cross pendant inlaid ... “Beautifully preserved, "Museum-like" condition, antique, rare larger silver Cross pendant inlaid with two color enamel, white and smaller patches of blue. Solid silver of likely Imperial Russian origin (based on the "84" silver hallmark, style of the Cross, and a maker's mark inscribed in Cyrillic letters). Byzantine Russian Orthodox Cross pendant featuring simple design and rich symbolic meaning. The necklace loop is in perfect, likely original condition. The cross is slightly bent, scratched and worn out due to its age and wearing, and covered with light silver patina. The white enamel is mostly preserved and intact. Authentic artifact from Europe, 100% sound and wearable.”
