    The product i received is used, although I paid for a new one, the quality of the bracket is very poor that seems really fake, you could tell from the finishing. There are scratches on the ball joints from heavy use .. I paid a lot for this and waited too long, truly disappointing experience that I would never buy from this seller again!

    We never sell used or damaged products, this order shipped to Saudi Arabia overseas and was damaged in transit to the buyer. We have messaged this buyer several times that we must start a damage claim on the order as th kit was brand new and was damaged in shipping overseas

    Customer is located in Puerto Rico. Package was damaged in transit by USPS mail in transit over to his location in PR. We have request multiple times photos of the product damage to start a claim with USPS and the buyer still has not sent them to us
