Seller sent a tracking number to ebay but item was never shipped. Then sent a wrong tracking number from fedex and did not contact ebay to let them know that the item was being shipped. I also paid about double for the shipping when seller said the cost was half of that and feel entitled to a refund for the difference. Was a very stressful experience with no very good communication with the seller, although I was shocked that I received the item, ebay was not told it was shipped
