I might suggest that better packaging be used. This is a pin I have been looking for a long time but when it arrived the pin catch had been completely flattened. It appears that the envelope it was in was run through the sorting machine. I still love the pin but it will need to be repaired before I can wear it. Amazingly, only the pin was damaged. The back of the dog's head did get scraped when the package was torn open but that is minor to me. No fault with the seller.
