The stamps received were not the ones pictured or described. Sent 2 messages with no response. I gave sufficient time in case the seller needed extra time on his end. I have checked the stamps a number of times in case I was wrong. I am not asking for a refund or replacement. For what they cost, it is not worth the time. I will get them elsewhere and pass these to a junior collector.
