The glasses are not new and they came in a used, Ray Ban box. The arms of the glasses are so worn out they just go sideways in a weird way. I want to return this item and get a full refund.

I am sorry to hear it. These glasses have never been worn, since they have the original sticker on them . Since these are vintage they were supplied with a generic box as mentioned in the description. You have been refunded promptly.
