TAX & DOCUMENTS
To all Private customers, we issue a regular tax receipt. The buyer can request a copy of it via email as a valid document.
VAT holders may require a commercial invoice with separate VAT displayed, sending their data via eBay message or direct email.
Foreign companies located in the European Community may require to pay VAT-exempt only if regularly registered at VIES.
If you are a trading company, please inform us BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE, if you require an invoice, so we can acquire your business details for confirmation.
Any shipping costs are shown in eBay "Shipping and Payments" section.
International shipments costs may be obtained using the proper eBay calculation tool, entering the destination country. For all destinations without calculated costs, the buyer may contact our Customer Service to receive updated rates.
Delivery to any remote or disadvantaged areas may lead to an increase in costs by the courier than specified in this listing. In this case, the customer will be notified in advance before shipment.
Orders will be processed within the times stated in "Handling (or Dispatch) Times". Buyers must always check the handling time stated by the seller before making their purchase.
The expected delivery date shown by eBay is purely indicative. In particular periods, such as August and December or on occasions of strikes and bad weather, delivery services may be delayed. Seller is not responsible for any delays or inconveniences of the courier or postal service.
The tracking code will be placed in eBay at shipment when available, allowing the buyer to follow his parcel.
For all PayPal payments, shipments will be done to the confirmed address only. Buyers who need delivery to a different destination must enter in PayPal the alternate address in advance and select it during checkout.
We warmly recommend carefully checking all shipping information in eBay or PayPal, to avoid possible misunderstandings due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please always provide a valid phone number. We will not be responsible for any problems in shipment due to the wrong address or the addressee absence.
We also recommend ALWAYS add the words "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the waybill before signing it at delivery, even if the package is in perfect condition. Buyer has to check product condition and its full functionality within 24 hours from receipt and contact us immediately in case of problems.

Damage to Packages must be reported at the time of delivery and a claim report should be submitted to the corresponding postal service at that time. This is the way relative compensation can be claimed.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS (Non-EEC):
Buyers may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
BUSINESS RETURNS POLICY
Although we are devoted to selling only quality products, in the unlike event that you need to return a product, please contact us first. The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging by registered (signed-for) airmail. A tracking number shall be communicated to our store beforehand.
Returns due to rethinking are accepted within 14 days but we are sorry we can not refund the shipping cost.
It might be applied in case you change your mind and want to return an item depending on the nature and category of that item. (Rare, old models, unique or discontinued last pieces).
