Ai sensi del D.L. 6 settembre 2005 n. 206, il consumatore può recedere dall’acquisto senza indicarne il motivo entro un mese previa richiesta per iscritto. In caso di sussistenza dei termini per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso il venditore autorizzerà il consumatore alla restituzione della merce. La merce resa senza autorizzazione del venditore sarà respinta e resa al mittente. Ad autorizzazione ricevuta,il consumatore è tenuto a restituire la merce entro 7 giorni,pena la decadenza dell'esercizio del diritto di recesso. Condizione essenziale per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso è la restituzione della merce nel rispetto delle seguenti condizioni.
