worst experience i have ever had with a seller, in 20 years.
their entire batch of these straps are manufactured wrong: the hooks are stitched over the loops portion of the strap, rendering it unusable.the item is functionally not the item they are advertising, by feature or by image.
i sent photos, and even videos of the item torn apart, to illustrate the problem. they only want to argue and make me waste more time and money shipping it back. its worthless. i've been scammed. this is a scam.
