Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that we have accepted your order (the Order Completed) The contract between us (Contract) will only be formed when we send you the Order Completed email.4.2 The Contract will relate only to those Products we have confirmed in the Order Completed email. 6. Availability and delivery

6.1 Delivery of goods will be within the stated shipping option wherever possible. For economy shipping this time is 3-5 days. For 24-48 hour delivery this is an aim to hit 24-48 hours by the courier and this is not a guarantee. This delivery is subject to stock and related issues as well other factors outside our control. The time for delivery shall therefore not be of the essence.6.2 Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order and cannot be changed once despatched.6.3 Orders placed before the specified cut off time will be processed the same day and will be delivered in accordance with your delivery request wherever possible and providing further security checks are not required and all the Products are available.

6.4 If an order is sent and you are not present to receive it as per the couriers terms then we will not attempt to ship again until you have paid for further shipping.

6.5 Provided we kept our end of the agreement by getting the parcel to the courier in good time we cannot be held accountable for them not getting the parcel to you on time. This is totally out of our hands once the parcel is with the courier.

6.6 If you miss the delivery on any day and do not rearrange delivery as per the couriers instruction via posted ticket then you will only be refunded the price of your products and not the shipping charge should the parcel be returned to us. You have the option to pay for shipping again or we can process a refund on items only.

6.7 All film rolls will be made in continuous rolls where this is possible. In some instances this may not be possible due to low stock where more than one small roll must be used to make up the order total. We are under no obligation to provide a continuous roll where we are not able. It is the customers responsibility to inform us if a continuous roll is essential and we will then be able to advise whether this is possible given current stock conditions.

6.8 Aerosol delivery will be made by any 24-48 hour carrier that is available within the customer price paid for shipping which means that 24 hour shipping on these items will not always be possible and the service will fall back to 48 hour.

7. Risk and title

7.1 The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery.7.2 Ownership of the Products will pass at the time of delivery.

8. Price and payment

8.1 The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.8.2 These prices include VAT.8.3 Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Completed email.8.4 Our site contains a large number of Products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our despatch procedures so that, where a Product’s correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when despatching the Product to you. If a Product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.8.5 We are under no obligation to provide the Product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Completed email, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.8.6 Payment for all Products must be by Paypal checkout. We shall not despatch any Products until we receive cleared funds. No payment shall be deemed to have been received until we have received cleared funds. Please be aware that we reserve the right to not ship to unconfirmed addresses.

9. Our returns & refunds policy

9.1 When you return a Product to us:9.1.1 because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the 14-day cooling-off period (see clause 5.1 above), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. We recommend that all items are returned via a recorded delivery method, as we will not be liable for any damage or loss whilst in transit;9.1.2 for any other reason (for instance, because you have notified us in accordance with clause 21 that you do not agree to any change in these terms and conditions or in any of our policies, or because you claim that the Product is defective), we will examine the returned Product and if you are entitled, we will notify you of your options to either repair, replace or refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process your elected repair, replacement or refund as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you confirm whether you opt for repair, replacement or refund for the defective Product. If you elect a refund of a Product returned by you because of a defect it will be refunded as per our refunds policy, including a refund of the part of the delivery charge which related to that defective Product for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by returning the defective Product to us. If you elect a repair or replacement of a defective Product we will not charge you for redelivery of the repaired or replaced Product.9.1.3 If you elect to return the defective Product to us using your own method of delivery, we will refund up to £4.00 of the costs incurred by you. This will only be refunded upon the receipt of proof of the carriage costs.9.2 Any Orders that are over 6 months old and the Product has been confirmed to be defective and a refund is due, the refund will be calculated based on the age of the Order and you will be refunded a proportionate amount of the original purchase price of the Product. This does not include the carriage cost of the original Order which will not be refunded.9.3 Refunds of any money received from you will be made using Paypal and paid back into the same account that was used to pay for the order.
