El artículo llegó dañado, ya que en varias zonas vino roto, se lo comenté al vendedor pero este dice que no me puede dar una solución que la culpa es del mensajero y tenía que habérselo reclamado a él
Cosa que no entiendo ya que yo veo el producto dañado después de que el mensajero me lo entrega y lo abro, por lo tanto se lo comento al vendedor y el es quien debería ponerse en contacto con el mensajero no yo, ya que el es quien contrata a dicho mensajero para enviarme el pedido

the photos you sent me clearly showed that the item was damaged by the courier company, and that the parcel was also flooded with water. If you did not write down any damage report with the courier, I cannot claim compensation.
