Forcing a handicapped customer to type is costing vendors their ratings. It has taken nearly perfect sales to less than and average to bad. It is discrimination to no accept a simple rating. I will make it known that this is an involuntary portion of the review & exactly what needs to be done to correct it. Since there is no place for a customer to formally comp[lain, it will be up to the vendors to fix it with e-bay. Some of these would have been perfect except for the discrimination.
