A button fell off and got lost on first casual wear and 2 other buttons turned out to be loose.
Contacted seller and asked for a partial refund due to the high cost of returning the item and import fees.
Seller offered a 10$ refund and told me that anything beyond was out of the picture because "it was only one button".
Sorry but i cannot say that I'm satisfied with this buy, nor 10$ for the trouble of having to look up and order a replacement button + spend effort on fixing up a NEW jacket.
