when I opened the cooker grill element I first noticed that there wasn't any manufacturers Packaging on it which surrgests that it may have already been returned at some point.Then I noticed that the surpport brackets are out of alignment and if I straighten one the other will go more out of alignment as they are joined via a metal rod.The bracket that will fix the element to the back of the cooker which Includs the 4 connection terminals is also bent slightly.The Seller's not Interested

Item supplied was brand new, Buyer evidently not qualified or competent to repair the appliance if incapable of adjusting a metal bracket. We always advise buyers to use qualified engineers. False statements suggesting we sell second hand items does not make your claim anymore valid. Some brackets are adjustable to allow for correction during fitment, an engineer would correct this without the need to leave false negative feedback.
