Used the not delivered function in ebay several days after expected delivery date. seller claims item was delivered same day I raised it and told me to close the case or he would. hasn't replied last two messages asking for link to tracking it and is still showing as not delivered in eBay.in short, still no processor and terrible customer service. I've no doubt most of their products get to where they should but good luck if anything goes wrong, they don't care.

Customer had opened an item not received case however upon checking the tracking it showed up as delivered to the address they had stipulated for delivery. Upon finding this out sent the tracking to eBay and they closed the case in my favour hence why the customer feels hard done by and is leaving this review. I did get back to them in a professional and timely manner as well so if anything goes wrong or you are in doubt let me know and we will answer your query within 24 hours.
