    Super absorbent great for both the night and day. I'm a 38 inch waist and these fit perfectly the shipping was very quick about a day but keep in mind their warehouse is in Virginia and I'm in Maryland and they shipped via UPS which was nice and they had the free shipping. I know who I can count on when I'm running low on supplies. I may not be able to count on my body but I can count on Expressmed.
