this seller sent me a damaged item.then implied I damaged it myself. she sent photos of the item..but not of the back of item where the damage was done.she said to return it..but I needed the steps urgently because of move of home and did not have another 6 days to wait for a new delivery! she then threaten to report me to ebay..saying she knew I would be a problem because I asked for the product to be check before sent..I did this because too many sellers send less than perfect items !!

Dishonest buyer bought the item then sent me a message and stated to make sure the item was in perfect brand new condition to avoid her being disapointed and returning it. Parcel was sent in perfect condition with photographs to show. She then said she hadn't recieved the item. I sent her tracking, item had been delivered with signature on delivery. She is now saying that the item is damaged. I would never send out items that are damaged. I wrap very carefully. She has refused to return
