As per the product image there is limited space for the print as it is a kids backpack - the print size matches the image on the listing. We have sold over 200 of these bags and this the first complaint around print size we have received. We have had 6 messages with the customer in 1 hour and they are refusing to return the item for us to check the print slant (as from the picture sent it looks straight) and just demanding a refund which is not ebay policy nor something we can do.
