    Dear Buyer, When traveling overseas on vacation, it is not always possible to be on top of all business transactions. You did receive your full refund and if you didn't receive it sooner, it was because you as the Buyer had to initiate the request, that is the process required by E-bay. You failed to intiate the request in a timely manner. Once your refund request was receievd two weeks later, the refund was issued the very same day. Best regards,
