When the item arrived it was not for for purpose.The back of the frame fell into the frame leaving no space for the artwork.
I contacted the seller with pictures to show them the problem.They offered me a percentage and said that I could keep the frame.The frame is no good.
Having contacted them several times,they now want me to return the item for a refund.Which is fine,but why should I pay postage for a faulty item.Appalling service.
