    The picture and what was received were not the same. The controls had electrical tape on the handles and the bulbs were in the wrong location. The left hand switch did not operate until I lubricated it and the cap that covers the bulb did not have any screws in them and the corner that one of screws went into was busted away and required it to be drilled and a longer screw put in. Both switches were pitted and had rust on them and required a hour of work to get them into a good condition.
