    3 lbs organic hardwood for smoker - Item arrived a week late, torn open, and wet. I'm sure this was all due to what occurred during shipping but nevertheless a bad experience.

    Despite USPS shipping the item back and forth between states for about two weeks, despite the (assumed) damage to the package being caused by them, despite the buyer ACKNOWLEDGING that USPS was the problem, and despite being offered a full refund upon return, buyer left negative feedback for ME! And, he never sent any proof/photos of damage.I have rarely encountered a buyer so capricious & malicious in his actions and would warn ANY seller to beware. I wish I had never encountered this buyer!
