Seller was difficult to do the return. Would not cooperate in any of the steps needed. Took no actions and therefore made the process as long and hard as possible. I’m grateful for the procedures in place. I agree with giving everyone every chance to comply before the decision is made. I’m SO GRATEFUL for EBay having my BACK. Because this seller was Very Difficult, and didn’t want to make good on any of their Mistakes. Be Careful. Not all jade Items are authentic.

I liked this jade pendant. It tested positive for real authentic nephrite jade. It had very beautiful carving and artwork and coloring. Not sure if it was old. Thank you.

‘jade didn’t pass a density test. I let seller know and tried a return but Seller doesn’t take any action to help return process, making it a Very Long & Draining Process. I even helped to get an estimate shipping cost, but seller refuses that option also. The Platform is Awesome to give everyone every opportunity to make things right, I agree. But Seller doesn’t seem 2 care about making it right or customer service. So to the bitter end we go. . .

You don't like him I accept your return But you want a high shipping cost I just want you to destroy my project I can give you a full refund If my project is fake Why don't you destroy him immediately
