‘jade didn’t pass a density test. I let seller know and tried a return but Seller doesn’t take any action to help return process, making it a Very Long & Draining Process. I even helped to get an estimate shipping cost, but seller refuses that option also. The Platform is Awesome to give everyone every opportunity to make things right, I agree. But Seller doesn’t seem 2 care about making it right or customer service. So to the bitter end we go. . .
