She sent the items as a book postage, and I already paid for the postage, but ended up owing $5.63 to be able to pick it up!!! She had wrote FRAGILE all over the box, but like the mail person told me, it was sent wrong, no one's going to pay attention to the fragile. So to purchase this I paid $15.38 just to have an item from her delivered. DEFINITELY not worth it and I will not purchase again.

Though the customer received the items unbroken, Customer did not give me the fair chance through the proper channels to rectify the situation by reaching out to me or to eBay in which I would have covered any accidental additional charges.
Writing fragile on boxes or placing a USPS fragile sticker has been standard practice for deliveries for years. I cannot be responsible for how other postmasters in different cities treat fragile labeled packages as my own postmaster recommends I do so.
