    After additional communication with seller, the issue appears to be with eBay not removing the items from listing and not the seller. The tariffs and limited shipping options to US have precluded his ability to sell to US. He would have to charge $75 Euro for the shipping options available. This would be prohibitive. Seller was very helpful in clarifying, therefore I’m changing my rating to positive.
