i'm surprised at this, especially as you haven't even bothered to follow eBay protocol to at least contact me first to let me know there was an issue with the batteries - as I would have had them replaced had I had been informed, but i guess its just more spiteful to slur a sellers feedback rather than do thngs the correct way.
