ELIZA'S HOROSCOPE is a daring attempt to capture so-called reality through the eyes of an intensely spiritual and off-kilter personality who struggles to find meaning in her life. It is a sensual (and, at times, hallucinogenic) story of a frail rural woman who tries to find love in Montreal through astrology. A young and dashing Tommy Lee Jones stars. Serious scary movie buffs will find REEL HORROR to be filled with references to some well-known films. The film depicts evil characters from old horror films who have spent many unhappy years gathering dust in the purgatory of old film cans. When the cans are opened, the spirits are unleashed, and they are free to vent their hostility on viewing audiences.
