Item was lost by the courier which we apologise for but can't really control. We could have sent a replacement or a refund which is normally what we offer in this instance, but your last message to us stated you needed it quicker than we were able to arrange a replacement for, which is why we then refunded. If there wasn't the urgency of the replacement we would have preferred to have sent a replacement rather than a refund.
