feel i was misled by advert picture. I needed a battery NOT a rack (no use for a rack!!!) When. I have tried to return the item(upon receipt) Ebay site shows me the picture of the item I want to return plus a reasons why section but it does not allow me to use the picture they show insisting I send an independent picture of the item I wish to return. Being 83 years of age this is beyond my computer literacy skills. I feel I have been missold and scammed.

The item you purchased is a battery rack, which is designed to hold a battery (not included). While the picture may have shown a battery mounted on the rack/next to for demonstration purposes only, the description clearly stated that only the rack itself is included.
Please read the description for items you buy in the future. I have never had a problem selling these before or anyone claiming they have been scammed. Even the title of the item shows you're buying battery rack holders.
