Diritto di recesso.

Ai sensi della Direttiva Europea 2011/83/CE, il Compratore ha il diritto di recedere dal contratto, senza indicarne le ragioni, entro 30 giorni di calendario dalla data di ricezione effettiva della merce. Non possono esercitare il diritto di recesso i Compratori che acquistano con Partita I.V.A. e/o che acquistano beni personalizzati (per beni personalizzati si intendono anche le licenze software ESD).

Per esercitare il diritto di recesso il Compratore è tenuto a informarci della propria decisione di recedere dal contratto di compravendita tramite una dichiarazione esplicita inviataci tramite i normali canali eBay (e/o comunque inviataci secondo le modalità previste dalle normative in essere al momento della manifestazione della volontà di recesso) prima della scadenza del periodo di recesso stesso.

Effetti del recesso.
