Order a framed print with a delivery date. Had to chase to get the order fulfilled on time, print was sent out on the date it should have been received. When opened the print had only been secured in the frame by the corners. The other fixings to hold the print in place had not been used. I am really disappointed with a very expensive print that I ended up having to frame myself.

As we discussed with the customer, this framed print was unfortunately damaged in transit. We offered to replace the print, should the customer be unable to successfully secure the back of the frame but thankfully they were able to mend it themselves.Print was sent within dispatch estimates but got held up during RM strike action, unfortunately.We're sorry for the complications, they were completely out of our control. However, we're happy that this print is with the customer in one piece.
