Item arrived one week and a day later than promised, when I questioned Inwood models they casually referred me to the royal mail tracking information which was no help as the vendor is responsible for tracking. All this reflects badly on indoor models

As mentioned in our messages, the royal mail tracking (which gets automatically uploaded to eBay) showed your item as delivered on time, the tracking shows a map of where the item was scanned at delivery. As we mentioned, as this turned up to you a few days after it was marked as delivered it may have been delivered to a neighbour by accident who has returned the item to you, if the item didn't have a scanned location of the street of the delivery address we would of sent another straight away.
