Seller cancelled and refunded within a few hours. I guess that's a positive as they could have strung us along. Reason was "item was damaged or out of stock". Never given an explanation or showed a damaged box to see if I could still use it, so they were probably "out of stock". Don't list items you don't have! We needed this item to fulfill a larger contract so not being able to provide it is a negative for us. I dont want to ruin their perfect feedback but you need to do better with inventory.
