The running boards were correct in length for the car, but the brackets enclosed were not made for a Ford 2020 Explorer. All the instructions were in another language only and the pictures were of no help. I did not contact anyone because there was no one I could contact. We were able to mount the running boards only because we used the brackets from my other running boards.
