Il cliente (consumatore), che ha acquistato prodotti tramite sito e-commerce, ha diritto di recedere dal contratto concluso con il venditore, senza alcuna penalità e senza specificarne il motivo, entro il termine di 10 (dieci) giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce. Questo diritto è riservato esclusivamente alle persone fisiche (consumatori), quindi non può essere esercitato dalle persone giuridiche e dalle persone fisiche che agiscono per scopi riferibili all'attività professionale svolta.

Il cliente per esercitare il diritto di recesso deve:

A) inviare, entro il termine di 10 (dieci) giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, comunicazione scritta al venditore del recesso a mezzo lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. La comunicazione può essere inviata, entro lo stesso termine, anche mediante fax, posta elettronica e telegramma, a condizione che sia confermata mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento entro le quarantotto ore successive.

B) spedire al venditore, utilizzando un vettore a sua scelta ed a sue esclusive spese, entro dieci giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, il/i prodotto/i acquistato/i, opportunamente protetti e imballati nelle confezioni originali, corredati da tutti gli eventuali accessori, documentazione e manuali d’uso.

Obblighi del cliente:

E’ condizione essenziale per l’esercizio del diritto di recesso la sostanziale integrità dei prodotti da restituire. I prodotti non dovranno essere stati danneggiati o alterati. Il cliente dovrà restituire la merce, utilizzando un vettore a sua scelta ed a sue esclusive spese, all'indirizzo di sede legale del venditore.

Obblighi del venditore:

Il venditore, ricevuta la merce, controllata che la stessa è integra, completa di tutte le sue parti, con gli imballi originali completamente integri e senza alcun danno, rimborserà al cliente l’importo versato per l’acquisto della merce, escluse le spese di spedizione, nel minor tempo possibile e in ogni caso entro trenta giorni dalla data del ricevimento della merce.
