When I contacted the seller to inquire why my item had not arrived, they told me they had to cancel my order because their supplier did not have the product. They apologized and refunded my payment immediately. I just wish they had told me before I waited the full 2 weeks expected arrival time, and then had to inquire about it when it didn't arrive.
