Initially ordered this exact product directly via their website. Nearly 3 weeks pass. No items, called and was told the product was out of stock?? Hmm.. (website when I ordered and 3 weeks later said “in stock” was told maybe arrive by the 24th.)
Called again (same day) told it could be shipping “this weekend” . Canceled that order. Get on eBay ordered it, and it arrived on time. In a week. Could have been packaged for the cold weather. Pre-biotics
