Split to base of spine (measuring approx. 2 1/2" and extending as far as the bottom staple). Several small dark spots/stains to outer margins of first and second pages. General age discolouration/tanning. But otherwise good. Binding is tight. No loose pages. No edge tears to internal pages and no annotations. Please see photos for more information”
