Non-patient buyer... according to the carrier's tracking 'We came by but we were unable to deliver your package to you. It will be sent to your collection point' we explained to you that you need to pick up your package but you ignore it and ask for a refund we do not accept this kind of negative evaluation regarding returns and refunds we happily accept them when they are in due form which is not currently the case
