The grating did not fit the NDS channels., the color was off. This was no fault of the seller. I needed grating for a Speed E drain system which the sellers grating stated but evidently there are different models by NDS and it was difficult to cross reference. The seller offered free refunds but I had to send supporting pictures for reference. No problem, this is understandable. But I do have heartburn with eBay sending the a return slip using UPS $40. I used Shippo $21… go figure.
