While my TV was on their list of approved TV's, I can only get a few buttons to work. The TV is NOT the problem as my old remote (with worn out buttons) can still operate the TV, but those buttons on the old remote are at the end of their lifespan. This site does not tell me how to contact the seller as I want to return the product. I had hoped this new remote was better than the original design, but it was not. Seller needs to remove my TV from list where it might work.
