The product quality isn't too bad, the table came with a bag of fixings that was missing a vital part, I contacted them and whoever I got into contact first was really helpful and sent out another part, the screw needed was still missing however and then somebody else was dealing with it who refused to do anything about it. I ended up having to modify the bird table and buy some more screws so I could build it
