The item was shipped the day after I ordered it. It arrived midway between the early estimated date and the late estimated date. So it was right on time. It was encased in plastic wrap, then some sort of hard (bulletproof?) plastic/fiber material, which was then wrapped completely in packaging tape.
The company is in Paris. Money taken from the credit card in Belgium.
International tracking didn't work.
UPS tracking worked once it was in USA.
On time in good shape. I'm happy.
