However, the fire tv stick and alexa control as mentioned in the website must be of third generation but when we opened the item, the tv stick and alexa control were found of second generation. For this reazon, i am leaving a negative feedback. It is a matter of trust. What you advertise, the item must be accordingly. I am considering to return the item for this reason.

The buyer is stating the item inside the FACTORY SEALED box is different than what was on the what was sold to them and shown on the outside of the box. That is 100% untrue and they are making a false claim. eBay has been told and fails to recognize it. Terrible protection to your sellers once again eBay. The buyer hiresh2006 is a scammer and has been reported and blocked. Do not deal with this eBay user.
